User Data Deletion

1. Who we are

Nadakki AI Suite is a B2B AI SaaS sold by subscription, operated by Brigade Investment LLC. AI for car dealerships, banks, legal teams and growing businesses: 6 modules (Marketing AI, Dealer Admin, Dealer–Bank Credit Hub, Accounting, Legal, Realtor OS).

2. What data we collect through Facebook and Instagram

When you connect your Meta account to Nadakki, we access:

  • Basic profile information: name and user identifier
  • Facebook Pages you manage
  • Linked Instagram Business accounts
  • Advertising campaign data and performance metrics
  • Access tokens, which we store encrypted

3. How to request deletion of your data

  1. Step 1. Send an email to support@nadakki.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Step 2. Include the email associated with your Nadakki account and the identifier of the connected Facebook or Instagram account.
  3. Step 3. You will receive confirmation of the deletion within a maximum of 30 days.

4. What we delete

  • Facebook and Instagram access tokens
  • Stored profile data
  • Metrics and campaign data associated with that account
  • Content scheduled through the platform

5. What we may retain

Audit logs and data we must keep for legal or accounting obligations. Whenever possible, this data is retained disassociated from the user's identity.

TikTok data

  • What we delete: TikTok access tokens, account information (identifier, display name and picture) and the related ad metrics.
  • Videos you already sent as drafts are in your TikTok account: you can delete them from the TikTok app.
  • To request deletion, write to the email below and include the connected TikTok username. You can also disconnect the account yourself (Settings → Connected accounts) or remove access from TikTok.
